卵黄管发育异常疾病的诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of dysplasia diseases of omphalomesenteric

目的探讨卵黄管发育异常疾病的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析泸州医学院附属医院小儿外科2000年4月~2008年3月收治的103例卵黄管发育异常疾病,其中Meckel憩室74例,脐肠束带12例,脐茸11例,脐窦5例,卵黄管瘘1例。结果死亡1例,腹腔脓肿3例,切口感染8例,102例患儿临床治愈出院。结论卵黄管发育异常疾病较常见,临床表现多样,其中以Meckel憩室最多见（71.8%）,各类疾病常需手术治疗。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of dysplasia diseases of omphalomesenteric.Methods 103 children with dysplasia diseases of omphalomesenteric from April 2000 to March 2008 in Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College of Pediatric Surgery were analyzed retrospectively.74 cases were Meckel′s diverticular,12 cases were omphalomesenteric band,11 cases were umbilical poly,5 cases were umbilical sinus,1 case was omphalomesenteric duct.Results 1 cases was died,3 cases occurred abdominal abscess,8 cases occurred wound infection（3.41%）,102 cases were discharge with healing and good recovery.Conclusion The dysplasia diseases of omphalomesenteric was common,clinical symptoms was diverse, Meckel′s diverticular was the most frequent（71.8%）,all the dysplasia diseases of omphalomesenteric should be treated by surgical.
