交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效

Clinical efficacy of humeral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullary nails

目的评价采用交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法对24例肱骨干骨折采用闭合复位或有限切开复位交锁髓内钉固定并随访11~17个月。结果 24例中23例骨折愈合,有1例骨折延迟愈合经取除远端锁钉动力化后骨折愈合,平均愈合时间为15周。肩关节功能按Neer评分,优12例,良10例,可2例,优良率为91.6%。结论肱骨交锁髓内钉对骨折端的血运影响较小、固定牢靠,是治疗肱骨干骨折的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of humeral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullay nails.Methods Twenty-four patients with the humeral shaft fracture were treated with closed reduction or limited open reduction and internal fixation with intramedullary nails.All patients were follow-up between 11 months and 17 months.Results The fracture union occurred in Twenty-three patients.The fracture union was delayed in one patient in the group and occurred after removal of the distal screw.The average healing time was 15weeks.According to Neer shoulder functional score system,the excellent result was achieved in 12 patients,good in 12 and fair in 2.The excellent and good rate was 91.6%.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of humeral shaft fracture is effective with little interference with the blood supply of the bone fracture ends and with stable immobilization.
