Zhoulin, the head of Antai college of economics and management Shanghai Jiaotong University, suggests that Chinese industrial structure must be readjusted if we want a better developed economy in future, because the structure of worldwide energy resource is not good enough to support Chinese traditional developing mode, instead, the only way to solve the problem of employment and to change developing mode is to develop the tertiary industry, especially the Labor-intensive service trade.According to Zhoulin, there are two key factors of Chinese future economy, one is to develop, the other is to change. Regarding development, during the past 30 years, we have got a 10% GDP growing rate, which is not only a miracle in human history but also the economic foundation of China growing up. So development is the key factor of Chinese economy, and also the foundation of our country and our future development to be one of the global tops. There are two aims of China in the future, one is to beat USA and to become the No.1 economy in the world, the other is to increase our GDP per capita to 10,000 dollar, which is so called to step across the ‘middle income trap’. During the past 30 years, Chinese GDP increase from 364.5 million to 3.98 billion, the average increasing rate is about 10%, However if we divide it into the sub- industries, the developing rate are not balancing among them. The rate of primary industry is only 4.6%, but the secondary industry is only 11.4%, and the third is 11%.
