摘要
以衣藻和小球藻两种微藻为生物吸附材料,研究了它们对镉的生物吸附,并用Freundlich等温吸附方程对实验数据进行处理。结果表明两种微藻细胞对镉的生物吸附在10 min内达到了平衡;小球藻对镉的吸附能力比衣藻大,这主要是由于两种藻的细胞大小及细胞壁表面结构和组成的不同造成的。可见,不同种类的微藻对同一重金属的吸附具有种类差异性。
Microalgae C.reinhardtii and C.pyrenoidosa were chosen as bio-adsorbing material,and their bio-adsorption of cadmium were examined.The Freundlich adsorption isotherm is used for description of adsorption equilibrium in this work.The results indicated bio-adsorption of cadmium by two kinds of microalgae got equilibrium within 10 minutes and C.pyrenoidosa showed more adsorption ability than C.reinhardtii did because of different cell size and different structure and component of cell wall of two kinds of microalgae.Thus,the bio-adsorption of same heavy metal by different microalgal species is species-specific.
