摘要
建立一种毛细管气相色谱法测定苯胺中的硝基苯等残留量,用于替代原有的示波极谱法。用Restek的SE-52毛细管气相色谱柱、FID检测器,以硝基苯、环己胺、环己酮为内标进行测定。结果:硝基苯、环己胺、环己酮的线性范围分别为5-1 000μg/mL、8-1 000μg/mL、7.5-1 000μg/mL,检出限分别为1.51、.5、3.5μg/mL,平均回收率分别为93.3%、90.4%、89.5%。结论:毛细管气相色谱法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于苯胺中测定有机溶剂残留量。
The establishment of a capillary gas chromatography of aniline in nitrobenzene residues used to replace the original Oscillopolarographic Determination of nitrobenzene residues.The SE-52 with a Restek capillary column,FID detector,to Nitrobenzene,Cyclohexane,Cyclohexanone as the internal standard were determined.Results: Nitrobenzene,Cyclohexane,Cyclohexanone linear range of 5-1 000 μg/mL,8~1 000 μg/mL,7.5~1 000 μg/mL,detection limits were 1.5,1.5,3.5 μg/mL The average recoveries were 93.3%,90.4%,89.5%.Conclusion: Capillary gas chromatography is simple,accurate,sensitive,reproducible,and suitable for determination of the residual organic solvents in aniline.
