摘要
CZ-2F火箭飞行时出现了"8Hz"振动现象,为了保证火箭和航天员安全,分析这种现象的原因成为一个突出的课题。在综合介绍"8Hz"的现象分析、定位分析、试验验证、稳定性研究进展的基础上,进行了一系列的管路频率试验和计算、全箭模态试验和计算、稳定性计算、时域仿真,计算分析表明:CZ-2F"8Hz"现象是发生了液体火箭典型"POGO"振动。
A vibration phenomenon called 8Hz problem occurred during the flight of CZ-2F rocket.To ensure the safety of the astronauts and the rocket,it is of particularly important to analyze the cause of the phenomenon.Based on the basic introduction of the 8Hz phenomena,the fault location,the test validation and stability research,a series of tests and calculations including pipe frequency test and calculation,the whole rocket modal test and calculation,stability calculation,and time domain simulation are conducted.Analysis show that 8Hz phenomena is caused by the POGO vibration typical to liquid rocket.
