摘要 使用自开发的Plume WorkStation(PWS)软件对推力0.5N的模型发动机羽流撞击效应进行了三维直接模拟蒙特卡罗法(DSMC)的模拟,得到了羽流场的压强、温度、马赫数等物理参数及羽流对挡板的撞击效应。结果表明,发动机羽流场压强在喷管出口处最高,随着气流向真空中扩散而降低;气流沿着发动机出口呈放射状流向挡板,喷流撞击到挡板上发生反射;由于核心气流对挡板的撞击,在发动机轴线与挡板的交点处压强较高,以该交点为圆心,板上的压强分布具有对称性,且沿径向逐渐减小。 Plume WorkStation(PWS) software is applied in the 3D DSMC simulation of the plume field of 0.5N model thruster to study its impingement effects.Parameters such as the plume pressure,temperature,and Mach number are obtained,and the baffle pressure is analyzed in the simulation.The results indicate that the highest pressure appears at the nozzle exit,and decreases with the diffusion in the vacuum.The gas flows in a radiate way and reflects on the baffle.High pressure appears at the intersection of thruster axis and the baffle,with the pressure distribution on the baffle symmetrical and radially decreases.
