摘要
使用PWS计算软件就神舟飞船平移发动机羽流对太阳能帆板气动力效应问题进行了数值模拟研究。PWS软件是一个基于直接模拟蒙特卡罗方法(DSMC)的羽流计算通用软件,计算结果与国外试验测量值符合较好。数值模拟研究表明:发动机羽流对着太阳能帆板羽流气动压强最大值出现在单机和双机工作时帆板处于0度角位置时,但作用力不大;发动机羽流对太阳能帆板影响最大的工况出现在双机工作时帆板处于45度角位置时,其作用在帆板中心点上的合力约为24N,合力矩约为7.7Nm。平移发动机对处于羽流直接撞击区的太阳能帆板有较大的力效应作用,数值模拟结果可以为飞船平移发动机使用模式提供一定参考作用。
The PWS software is used to simulate the plume aerodynamic force effect of the SZ-8 spacecraft attitude control thruster on the solar board.The PWS software is an universal plume calculation software;which is developed on the basis of the direct simulation Monte Carlo(DSMC) method and validated with the published experimental results.The simulation results demonstrate that the plume incurs the maximum pressure on the solar board,which is at the 0 degree position when one or both thrusters work,but without any great negative aerodynamic force effect.The severe situation occurs when the solar board is at the 45 degree position with both thrusters working.Under this situation,the force acts on the center of the board is about 24N and the torque is about 7.7Nm,with the plume of the thrusters incurs a negative effect on the solar board.Results of the simulation may provide a reference to the engineering design.
