椎弓根螺钉固定治疗单侧骶髂关节病变

Treatment of unilateral sacroiliac joint disorder with pedicle screw fixation

目的应用后中入路行单侧骶髂关节融合椎弓根螺钉固定治疗单侧骶髂关节病变并观察其疗效。方法 2005年3月~2011年1月,应用后中入路单侧骶髂关节融合椎弓根螺钉固定术治疗9例单侧骶髂关节病变患者,包括4例单侧骶髂关节结核,2例单侧骶髂关节良性肿瘤,1例转移瘤,1例致密性骨炎,1例外伤后单侧骶髂关节不稳,并获得3个月~1年的随访。结果术后疼痛均明显改善或完全消失,恢复大部分或全部生活劳动能力,术后随访优良率100%。结论掌握好适应证情况下应用该方法治疗单侧骶髂关节病变是切实可行的良好方法 。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of sacroiliac arthrodesis and fixation with pedicle screw instrumentation via posterior midline approach for unilateral sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods From March 2005 to January 2011,9 cases were treated with sacroiliac arthrodesis and fixation with pedicle screw instrumentation via posterior midline approach,including 4 cases of unilateral sacroiliac tuberculosis,2 cases of benign tumor,1 case of metastatic tumor,1 case of sclerosing osteitis and 1 case of unilateral sacroiliac joint instability after falling down from bicycle.All the cases were followed up for 3 months to 1 year.Results Symptoms in all cases disappeared and the satisfactory rate was 100%.Conclusion This method is available to treat the unilateral sacroiliac joint disorder provided by suitable indication.
