冠脉CTA与冠脉造影诊断冠心病对比分析 被引量:35

摘要 目的探讨冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断上的临床价值。方法回顾分析怀疑有冠心病且同时采用64排螺旋CT进行冠脉血管成像检查(冠脉CTA)、冠脉造影检查的68例患者检查资料。比较两种诊断方法的敏感性、特异性。结果 68例患者4个主要冠脉包括左冠脉主支、左前降支、左回旋支及右冠状动脉共272支检查中显影良好。冠脉CT结果显示病变(+)者共97例,显示无病变(-)者175例,冠脉造影结果显示病变(+)者101例,显示无病变(-)者171例。冠脉CT成像与冠脉造影结果均为(+)者94例,均为(-)者167例。68例可疑为冠心病患者冠脉CT诊断敏感性为93.1%,特异度为97.7%。结论冠脉CT成像具有非侵入性、费用低、灵敏、特异、准确等优点,可作为冠心病诊断的筛选检查方法。 Objective To explore the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary image in the diagnosis of coronary disease.Methods To review and analyze the clinical material of 68 cases who were suspicious of suffering from coronary disease checked by 64-slice spiral CT coronary image and coronayr artery angiography in our hospital.Results There were 97 cases scaned by 64-slice spiral CT coronary image with positive results,175 cases with negative results.There were 101 cases checked by coronayr artery angiography with positive results,171 cases with negative results.Both with positive results were 94 cases.Both with negative results were 167 cases.The sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT coronary image in the diagnosis of coronary disease was 93.1%,and the specificity was 97.7%.Conclusion CT coronary image is non-invasive,low cost,sensitive,specific,accurate and so on,which could be the filter of examination method in coronary disease.
