摘要
脐血移植对白血病、淋巴瘤、神经母细胞瘤等肿瘤和30余种造血系统遗传性疾病均有良好的疗效。本文将脐血移植后病人的存活率、中性粒细胞和血小板的恢复、GVHD、肿瘤复发、病毒感染和死亡原因等进行综述。
