摘要
目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的治疗方法及疗效。方法对151例慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉患者行鼻内镜手术辅以术前围手术期处理、术后处理及随访观察。结果经随访6个月~2年。治愈126例（83.44%）,好转20例（13.25%）,无效5例（3.3%）。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉疗效显著。
Objective To discuss the treatment method for chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus and their curative effects.Methods 151 chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps patients underwent endoscopic surgery combined with perioperative medical treatment and Postoperative follow-up.Results 151 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,and 126 of them got completely recovered（83.44%）,20 improved（13.25%）,and 5 not progressed（3.3%）.Conclusion Clinical Practice has proved that endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps is significantly effective.
