复方甘草酸苷注射液联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹62例的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection combined with loratadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria of 62 cases

目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法治疗组采用静脉注射复方甘草酸苷,每次10~20 ml,每日1次;同时口服氯雷他定10 mg,每日1次。对照组单独口服氯雷他定片10 mg,每日1次。两组疗程均为4周,均于第14 d、第28 d复诊。结果 28 d观察治疗组有效率82.26%,对照组有效率58.33%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.65,P〈0.01）。结论复方甘草酸苷注射液联合氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection combined with loratadine for chronic urticaria treatment.Methods Patients in treatment group were treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Intravenous drip 10~20 ml 1 time every day combined with loratadine 10mg daily.Patients in control group were treated with loratadine 10mg daily only.All patients were treated for 4 weeks,and the patients received evaluation at the 14th and the 28th day.Results At the 28th day,the effective rate in treatment group was 82.26%and 58.33% in control group,and the statistic difference was significant（χ2=7.65,P0.01）.Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection combined with loratadine is effective for chronic urticaria.
