摘要
目的探讨Orem自理模式在人工髋关节置换术患者中的运用效果。方法将94例人工髋关节置换术患者,按照入院时间的先后顺序随机分为观察组44例和对照组50例,对照组按照常规护理模式进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用Orem自理模式对患者进行护理,2组进行效果比较。结果观察组自护意识、护理知识掌握、主动参与护理的能力方面明显优于对照组。结论 Orem自理模式干预能有效改善患者的治疗护理效果,提高患者自我护理能力,提高患者及家属的满意率,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of Orem self-care in hip arthroplasty nursing.Methods 94 patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into trial group（44 cases） and control group（50 cases） and the conventional care nursing mode in the control group,the observation group applied Orem self-care model nurse based on the conventional care nursing,and then the effect was compared between 2 groups.Results Self-protecting consciousness,nursing knowledge acquisition,actively participating in nursing ability in the observation group obviously better than the control group（P0.01）,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Orem self-care model can effectively improves the nursing effect of patients and improves patients self-care ability,improves the patient and family＇s satisfaction rate,and improves the life quality.
