摘要
为了有效应对各种突发事件,国家编制了各种突发事件应急预案。这些预案,需要有一定的方法评估它们的有效性。首先,论述了当前一些预案评估的相关研究成果和评估方法,并且针对这些评估方法的优缺点,提出了采用基于大样本的决策树算法评估预案的方法;其次,通过对评估指标数据类型的分析,采用聚类算法实现对评估指标进行分类。该方法可以有效的减少预案评估中人为因素的影响,对应急预案评估的研究具有指导意义。
In order to effectively deal with emergencies,the State has prepared contingency plans for various contingencies.These plans need to have some way to evaluate their effectiveness.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related research plans and evaluation methods of preplans evaluation.Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of the current preplan evaluation methods,this paper presents an evaluation preplan method based on a decision tree algorithm of large samples.Secondly,through analysis of data types,the algorithm uses the cluster algorithm to classify the evaluation indicators.This method can effectively reduce the effect of human factors in the preplan evaluation and has guiding significance.
