摘要
分别以对联硫基二苯甲酸（２）和溴丙酮（７）为原料，经多步反应得到对甲硫基苯甲酸和４－甲基咪唑酮，再进行缩合制得依诺昔酮，总收率以２ 计为２２．９５％ ，以７ 计为４．８６％ 。
Cardiotonic enoximone was synthesized through the condensation of 4 methylthiobenzoic acid (4) with 4 methylimidazolone (5).4 was prepared from 4,4′ dithiodibenzoic acid by reduction and methylation.5 was prepared by condensation of hydroxyacetone with urea and followed by cyclization.
