摘要
以自行制备的蝰胆酸为原料，采用Ｎ－乙酯基－２－乙氧基－１，２－二氢喹啉作肽键偶联剂，合成了牛磺蝰胆酸。在结构鉴定的基础上，对其镇咳、祛痰、抗炎等作用进行了初步研究。
Taurobitocholic acid was synthesized from bitocholic acid by means of EEDQ ( N ethoxycarbonyl 2 ethoxy 1,2 dihydroquinoline), a peptide coupling reagent. The structure of conjugated bile acid was confirmed as 3α,12α,23ξ trihydroxy 5β cholan 24 oic acid N [2 sulfoethyl] amide by IR, 1HNMR, MS spectra. The results of the pharmacological experiments showed that taurobitocholic acid had obviously antitussive, expectorant and anti inflammatory effects.
