摘要
文章首先对私人部门战略管理理论进行介绍与分析,然后对私人组织和公共组织的异同进行分析,最后在科学借鉴私人部门战略管理理论的基础上提出了以群体价值观为基点、学习能力为核心、人员激励为手段的战略管理理论。
The theory of strategic management for private sector was introduced and analyzed in detail in this paper,and the similarities and dissimilarities of private organization and public organization was analyzed,at last,a new thinking and measure for reasonable innovation the theory of public sector strategic management was given on the base of scientific commenting referencing of the theory of private sector strategic management.
