摘要
采用胶束动电毛细管色谱测定头孢布烯胶囊的含量和溶出度。以０．０２ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ硼酸盐（用１０％ 盐酸调节ｐＨ至８．５）＋ ０．０２ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ胆酸钠＋ ５％ 乙腈作运行液，磺胺醋酰钠为内标，平均回收率为１０２．１％ ，ＲＳＤ为２．３％ ，方法快速、简便、准确。
The content and dissolubility of ceftibuten in capsules were determined by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC), using 0.02 mol/L borate buffer (pH 8.5) containing 0.02 mol/L sodium cholate and 5% acetonitrile as running solution at a constant voltage of 18 kV (current 95～105 μA). Sulphacetamide sodium was used as internal standard. The linear range was 40～240 μg/ml. The average recovery was 102.1% and RSD was 2.3%.
