摘要 根据竹炭涤纶纤维与棉纤维的性质,对18.3 tex 60/40竹炭涤纶纤维/棉混纺纱的纺纱工艺进行探索。竹炭涤纶纤维强度低,加工时应适当降低各打击梳理机件的速度,放大梳理隔距,降低输出速度;竹炭涤纶纤维质量比电阻高,易产生静电,纺纱前应喷洒抗静电剂,并严格控制各工序的温湿度。织制的机织物不染色,呈现自然麻灰色。 The spinning process is explored based on the properties of gray bamboo charcoal polyester and cotton fiber.The spinning process and parameters of the bamboo charcoal polyester/cotton 60/40 18.3tex blended yarn are introduced.Because the strength of bamboo charcoal polyester is low,when spinning,the speed of striking and carding parts should be decreased appropriately,the carding gauge should be enlarged,and the output speed should be reduced.The bamboo charcoal polyester fiber generates static charge easily because of the high mass specific resistance,so the antistatic agent should be added before spinning,and the temperature and humidity in every procedure and should be controlled strictly.The fabric weaved by 60/40 gray bamboo charcoal polyester/cotton blended yarn may not dye and can assume natural mal grey color.
