纯棉织物的氧化法剥色工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 本着可持续发展的思想,以纤维制品回收利用为思路,对棉织物回收利用的关键问题剥色工艺进行了研究。阐述了以双氧水作为剥色剂处理染色棉织物时剥色工艺与剥色效果的关系,探讨了剥色剂浓度、剥色时间和剥色温度对活性染料和直接染料染色棉织物剥色性能的影响,分析了织物剥色前后K/S和强力的变化。结果表明:对于直接染料,最佳的剥色工艺为双氧水浓度125mL/L,剥色温度100℃,剥色时间100min;对于活性染料,最佳的剥色工艺为双氧水浓度75mL/L,剥色温度90℃,剥色时间60 min。 In order to truly realize sustainable development and fiber-recycling in textile industry,one of the key problems ahead of us is how to strip the dyes from the fiber.Sodium hydrosulfite and hydrogen peroxide were selected as the stripping agent to strip color from fabrics dyed by direct dyes and reactive dyes.The factors including concentration of stripping agent,time and temperature influencing the degrees of stripping are clarified and their effects are quantitatively analyzed.The strength variation of fabric after stripping was also studied. For direct dyes,the best stripping technology was that concentration of H_2O_2 was 125mL/L,temperature was 100℃and time was 60min; however,the best stripping technology for reactive dyes was concentration of 125mL/L,temperature of 90℃and time of 60min.
