Analysis on Land Carrying Capacity and Countermeasurest in Suzhou

从苏州市土地的耕地人口承载力、土地生态和建设用地承载力三方面分析了制约苏州社会经济发展的瓶颈因素,剖析耕地锐减、土壤污染、粗放式经营和资源消耗型发展的成因与社会经济发展的资源与空间制约困境,结合土地资源主要功能、生产方式和价值的变化、土地生态功能健康的维护以及集约化发展的要求,提出了苏州土地承载力提升的对策。

This paper research the Socio-economic development bottlenecks of Suzhou from three aspects of population carrying capacity of arable land,land ecology and land carrying capacity for construction.We Analysis the plights of reduced arable land,soil pollution,extensive growth,the cause of Consumption of resources-based development and Socio-economic development of resources and space constraints.So we make of the countermeasures from protection of land resources and promote economic development what combination with the main functions of land resources,the changing of production and values,maintain the land healthy of ecological functions and intensive development.
