摘要
作为经济社会发展的必要物质基础,水资源被认为是影响可持续发展的最重要资源之一。分析了黑龙江省东部煤电化基地水资源对可持续发展的约束表现,构建了水资源对可持续发展约束强度综合评价指标体系,利用AHP和约束强度模型,对煤电化基地水资源对可持续发展的约束强度进行了测算。结果表明,牡丹江和双鸭山属于弱约束型,鸡西属于较强约束型,鹤岗、佳木斯和七台河属于强约束型。
As the basis to the economy and society development,water resource is regarded as one of the most important resource in regional sustainable development.This paper analyzes the constraint that water resource brings bear to sustainable development in the coal-electricity base in east of Heilongjiang province,constructs an integrated indicator system,through the AHP method and the sustain intensity model,and computes the constraint intensity.Results show that: the intensity is weak in Mudanjiang city and Shuangyashan city,bigger in Jixi city and strong in Hegang city,Jiamusi city and Qitaihe city.
