摘要
对于固定管板式换热器,当管、壳间温差引起轴向力太大时,需要引入U形膨胀节以改善其应力状况。随着高参数、大尺寸换热器的广泛应用,承受较高载荷的U形膨胀节也必然向着大直径、多层化方向发展。利用ANSYS程序接触有限元法,将双层膨胀节层间间隙对膨胀节轴向刚度及承载能力的影响情况进行了数值计算,并与相同参数单层结构进行比较,指出了多层膨胀节的结构力学性能及其合理应用。
U-shaped expansion joint is used in fixed tube sheet heat exchanger when the axial stress is overlarge due to the temperature difference of shell side and tube side.With the widely application of high-parameter and large-size heat exchangers,it is developing towards the tendency of large diameter and multilayer for the U-shaped expansion joint subjected to large load.In the present paper,numerical simulation was made regarding the influence of layer gap for double expansion joint to the axial element method.The comparison was made for the monolayer and double expansion joint with the same parameters.The mechanical properties of multi-layer expansion joint and its reasonable application were indicated finally.
