摘要
选用未经产雌性昆明种小鼠,取未孕及孕4~8d 的子宫作切片,用免疫组化染色及图像分析法观察着床前后子宫内膜中层粘连蛋白(LN)和纤连蛋白(FN)的分布状况及含量变化,探讨它们与着床过程的相关关系。结果显示,在未孕子宫,LN 主要分布于各类上皮基膜中,FN 存在于基膜和基质细胞之间;着床前后,各类上皮基膜中LN、FN 含量明显增多,与未孕小鼠差异有显著性。随着蜕膜发育,蜕膜细胞周围出现LN 和FN,呈不甚连续的线样膜环绕蜕膜细胞。LN 及FN 在着床前后子宫内膜中表达增多。
In order to find out the relationship between FN, LN and implantation process, immunohistochemical staining and image analysis were carried out on mouse uterus of nonpregnancy and early pregnancy to observe the changes of LN、FN distribution in the periimplantation endometrium. The results showed that in nonpregnant endometrium, LN was confined to the basement membrane of lumenal epithelium、glandular epithelium and blood vessels; FN was present throughout the stroma and less in the basement membrane. LN expression obviously increased in the basement membrane during embyo implantation, the positive LN, FN immunostaining surrounded large decidualized cells with development of decidua, indicating that increased expression of LN, FN associated with the process of implantation and decidual function.
