2005-2009年某综合医院法定传染病流行特征分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Notifiable Communicable Diseases in A Hospital,2005-2009

目的了解北京市海淀区2005-2009年综合医院法定传染病的流行特征,为临床及医院传染病管理提供参考。方法对北京市海淀区某二级甲等综合型医院2005-2009年网络报告传染病资料进行回顾性分析。结果北京市海淀区2005-2009年某综合医院共报告法定传染病12 209例,2005-2009年检出率分别为21.88/万、31.88/万、25.16/万、16.25/万和20.28/万。5年间以肠道传染病为主,其次是呼吸道传染病和血源及性传播疾病,分别占总病例数的62.61%、20.85%和16.51%。结论 2005-2009年北京市海淀医院法定传染病检出率总体呈下降趋势,肠道和呼吸道传染病为主要传染病。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable communicable disease cases detected in Beijing Haidian Hospital from 2005 to 2009,and provide evidence for the clinical management of communicable disease cases.Method The retrospective analysis was conducted on the reported data of communicable diseases in the hospital during this period.Results A total of 12 209 notifiable communicable disease cases were reported in the hospital,the detection rate was 21.88/104 in 2005,31.88/104 in 2006,25.16/104 in 2007,16.25/104 in 2008 and 20.28/104 in 2009.The major disease was enteric infection,followed by respiratory disease and blood borne/sexual transmitted diseases,accounting for 62.61%,20.85% and 16.51% of the total cases respectively.Conclusion The overall detection rate of notifiable communicable diseases declined from 2005 to 2009 in the hospital,the major diseases were enteric infection and respiratory disease.
