摘要
在工业生产中电阻焊具有很大的经济价值,因为电阻焊的劳动生产率高,不用附加填充材料和使用焊剂,焊接过程比较容易机械化,很少产生毒性气体,没有紫外线的伤害,可将电阻焊设备安排在生产线上进行作业,所以在航空、航天、电子、汽车、铁道车辆、建筑、电器元件、家用电器以及日用品等各种制造业广泛应用。随着现代科学和电子技术的创新及突破,电阻焊的设备不断升级,应用领域及焊接材料的应用范围也随之不断扩大和成熟。同时由于科学发展的要求,新兴产业的壮大,节能减排的需求及新材料的不断涌现也促进了电阻焊设备的更新及升级。
