摘要
手工自蔓延焊接技术因在野战应急抢修方面的独特优越性而受到广泛关注。简述了手工自蔓延焊接技术的机理和研究现状及其所具有的军事和民用价值,讨论了当前手工自蔓延焊接的立焊工艺所存在的主要问题,并针对所存在的问题对普通自蔓延燃烧型焊条应用于立焊的可行性从强迫成形、自由成形、焊条结构梯度化、活性剂焊接及焊接操作工艺等方面进行了理论分析和归纳总结,着重指出需要进一步深入研究攻关的方向。
Due to the special advantages of manual self-propagating high-temperature synthesis welding in the field emergency recovery service,which attract many researchers' interest.In this paper,manual self-propagating high-temperature synthesis welding is introduced as well as its value of military affairs and civil,the present problem of manual SHS vertical welding is discussed,meanwhile,the feasibility of manual SHS vertical welding,such as enclosed formation,free formation,structured gradient welding rod,activating fluxes and welding operation were studied and generalized with relevant theory on emphasis,and the farther research orientation was indicated.
