摘要
研究金属基复合新材料是当代新材料技术领域中的重要内容之一。金属基复合材料具有高比强度、高比模量、较好的耐热性和更低的热膨胀系数等优点,针对金属基复合材料的制备工艺不完善、成本高、难形成大规模的生产等弱点,并结合国内外相关工作的研究状况,从金属基复合材料的分类、性能特点以及制成品的制备技术与应用方面,对其领域内取得的研究成果进行了总结和分析。评述了金属复合材料的制备技术和目前存在的问题,探讨了我国金属基复合材料未来的研究重点。
Studying on metal matrix composite is one of the important tasks in the modern field of new materials technology.In this paper,according to the weaknesses of incompletely manufacturing method,difficult forming and low-production,the research production was generalized and analyzed,which based on the higher specific strength and specific modulus,the best resistance to effect of heat and lower thermal expansion coefficient.Combined with the study condition,the metal matrix composite was studied on the classifications,properties,manufacturing methods and application of metal matrix composite.And the manufacturing technologies and defects were mainly commented,meanwhile,the future researching scope of the metal matrix composites was discussed.
