摘要
针对烧结混合制粒过程存在原料流量波动和时滞的问题,提出一种原料工况自适应的水分前馈串级控制方法。首先,考虑到烧结的配重、各原料流量和水分等因素,采用专家规则的方法和物料平衡的原理,建立基于原料工况自适应的加水量前馈计算模型,获得加水流量的设定值;然后,采用自适应模糊PID控制算法,建立水分串级控制系统,实现混合料水分的稳定跟踪控制。通过在国内某钢铁企业烧结过程中的运行效果分析,二次混合的混合料水分误差基本控制在±0.2%左右,原料流量波动造成水分正的扰动比原来减小了29%,负的扰动减小了70%,有效抑制混匀矿、生石灰等原料物料流量波动和水分检测滞后造成的影响,提高了水分控制精度,有利于烧结过程的稳顺进行。
Abstraet: To weaken the negative effects resulting from raw material flow changes and time-delay in sintering granulation process, this paper presents a raw material conditions-adaptive based feedforward cascade control method for the moisture control. With considering various factors, such as the raw material weight, the rate of flow, and the original moisture content of each brand of iron ore, the raw material conditions-adaptive based feedforward calculation model for watering is established by using the expert rules and material balance principle. Based on this model, the moisture cascade control system with adaptive Fuzzy-PiD algorithm is developed, in order to stabilize the moisture content of mixture. The practical control system for moisture control has run into operation in a domestic steel company, the control error of the moisture content of second mixing is about ±0.2 %, as well as the positive and negative influence brought by flow fluctuation are decreased by 29 % and 70 %. The operational effect shows that the system not only sufficiently suppresses the fluctuation brought by raw material flow and time-delay, but also improves the control accuracy, and benefits the stable for the sintering process.
