摘要
本文对镀锌铝生产线光整机在合辊时钢带容易起皱的实际工程应用问题进行了控制系统优化改进应用研究。首先分析了液压压下四辊光整机结构原理、液压压下伺服控制系统组成及原理以及系统的硬件构成。然后在分析光整机控制系统应用性能基础上,针对合辊时钢带容易起皱的问题,进行了控制系统的优化改进设计,并在原有S7-400CPU控制系统上编成实现相应的优化设计策略,并取得了良好的优化效果。
The control optimization based on the real application issues for the steel band crimping problem which is caused easily during closing roller of the four roll type Skin Pass Mill (SPM) for zinc aluminum steel product is discussed and executed. Firstly, from the process technology aspect, the machine structure and the principle of the four roll type SPM are to be analyzed, and the hydraulic push-up system is to be developed to include the analysis of the hydraulic servo system and the constitute of computer system's hardware. Secondly, based on the real the control performance, the optimized control system is discussed against the steel band crimping problem. Lastly The CFC and SFC computer language are to be used with S7-400CPU control system which can fulfill the process control requirement accurately.
