低碳经济是顺应世界经济潮流、符合可持续发展观念的新型经济增长模式。世界一些发达国家的政府在低碳经济发展过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,我国近些年也着力发展低碳经济,以应对能源挑战,实现经济社会的可持续发展。文章分析了在低碳经济中国化进程中我国政府应该扮演的角色,包括制度制定者、社会引导者、社会协调者和监督者等角色。最后,文章提出了使政府角色有效发挥效用的对策和建议。

Low-carbon economy is the result of the government conforming to the world economic trend and adroitly guiding action according to circumstances,it is also a new economic growth mode that is in accordance with the idea of sustainable development.The governments of some developed countries are playing an important role in the development of low-carbon economy.Recently,our country also focuses on the development of low-carbon economy,in order to respond to energy challenges and state game,and to achieve sustainable economic and social development.The paper analyzes the role our government should play in the process of low carbon economy,such as system-makers,community guide,social coordinator and supervisor,and provides measures and suggestions for effectively playing the role of government.
