基于古代情志相关医案脉象信息数据库,对743例情志致病症分类医案中的情志因子与左尺脉象进行典型相关分析,总结出恐、烦、精神萎靡、郁、狂与左尺脉象的相关性,为情志相关脉诊临床实践提供了文献支持。

The relations between emotional pathogenic factors and pulse manifestations of Zuo Chi in 743 medical records caused by emotions were analyzed by canonical correlation analysis according to pulse information database of ancient medical records related to emotions.Correlation between fright,vexation,dispiritedness,depression,madness and pulse manifestations of Zuo Chi were summarized to supply the literature basis for clinical pulse examination related to emotions
