摘要
采用孔径为0.1 mm左右的尼龙网作为平板膜组件的基材来构建自生动态膜生物反应器中试装置。采用其处理城市污水,在连续进、出水的条件下,分别考察了连续和间歇曝气工况的运行特性。结果表明,反应器在连续或间歇曝气条件下均能保持较好的COD和氨氮去除效果,对COD的平均去除率都在85%以上,而对氨氮的平均去除率则高达90%以上。在间歇曝气条件下,对总氮的平均去除率达到60.33%。稳定运行阶段的跨膜压差<0.5 kPa,通常介于0.2~0.4 kPa之间;采用膜外曝气反冲洗的方式,以跨膜压差为0.6 kPa作为反冲洗的启动压差,则膜组件的反冲洗周期为11 d左右。
The pilot scale self-forming dynamic membrane bioreactor (SFDMBR) was equipped with plate membrane using 0.1 mm nylon mesh, and used to treat municipal sewage. The performance of the SFDMBR was studied under the conditions of continuous flow, continuous or intermittent aeration re- spectively. It is found that under the continuous or intermittent aeration, both COD and ammonia nitrogen can be removed effectively, the average removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen are above 85% and 90% respectively. The average reraoval rate of TN is 60.33% under intermittent aeration. In stable operation period, the trans-membrane pressure (TMP) is under 0.5 kPa, usually ranging from 0.2 to 0.4 kPa. The air-water backwashing method is used, TMP of 0.6 kPa is used as start-up pressure of backwashing, and the backwashing interval is about 11 d.
