摘要
采用一种无毒无害的绿色絮凝剂———阳离子改性淀粉对石化废水进行絮凝除油处理。结果表明:与传统絮凝剂相比,阳离子改性淀粉絮凝剂不但具有投量少、成本低、絮凝速度快、絮体易沉降等优点,并且絮凝过程受废水pH值的影响较小;在pH值为6~7、投量为70 mg/L、快速搅拌时间为1 min、慢速搅拌时间为15 min的最佳条件下,该絮凝剂对石化废水中油类的去除率可达到95%以上。
A kind of "green flocculant"--cation modified starch was used to treat petrochemical wastewater. The experiments show that compared to traditional flocculants, the cation modified starch floeculant has advantages of low dose and cost, fast flocculation and easy settling of floes. The wastewater pH has slight influence on flocculation. Under the optimal conditions of pH of 6 to 7, flocculant dose of 70 mg/L, fast stirring time of 1 min and slow stirring time of 15 rain, the removal rate of oil from wastewater is more than 95%.
