摘要
采用低浓度城市生活污水,以好氧絮状活性污泥为接种污泥,在3个不同运行条件的序批式反应器(SBR)中培养好氧颗粒污泥,并考察了其降解特性。结果表明,通过对剪切力、沉降时间等运行参数的调控,3个反应器(R1~R3)分别在第141、6和14天出现了细小颗粒,成熟后的颗粒污泥粒径可达到1.0 mm,其中R1、R2中颗粒的粒径无明显差别,而R3中颗粒的粒径较R1、R2中的略大;成熟的颗粒污泥周围出现大量原生动物,各反应器内污泥的SVI值保持在29~40 mL/g内,显示出良好的沉降性能。成熟的颗粒污泥对有机碳源具有较强的吸附与降解性能,并且具有同步硝化反硝化能力。各反应器出水COD浓度稳定在30 mg/L左右,NH4+-N浓度<1.0mg/L,对污染物的去除效果良好。
With aerobic flocculent activated sludge as seed sludge, aerobic granular sludge was cultivated using a low-strength municipal wastewater in three sequencing batch reactors (SBR) under dif- ferent operating conditions. The degradation characteristics of the granular sludge were investigated. The results indicate that through controlling shear force, settling time and other parameters, small granules are observed in the 14th, 16th and 14Lh d in the three reactors (R1 to R3) respectively. The average size of the mature granules can reach 1.0 ram. No significant difference is observed in the granule size of R1 and R2, while that of R3 is slightly larger. During the stable operation period, a large number of protozoa are observed on the mature granules surface. The sludge volumetric index (SVI) of the granular sludge in the three SBRs ranges from 29 mL/g t3 40 mL/g and the granules show good settleability. The mature granu- lar sludge has large adsorption ant degradation capacity and is able to achieve simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. The effluent COD and NH4+ - N concentrations are about 30 mg/L and below 1.0 mg/L respectively, indicating high contaminant removal efficiency of the aerobic granular sludge.
