新制度经济学视域下中国竞技体育职业化“诺斯悖论”分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures on "North Paradox" in Chinese Athletic Sports Professional from the Perspective of the New Institutional Economics

在社会转型期我国竞技体育职业化发展过程中,政府的角色是不可或缺的,但政府的介入往往形成"诺斯悖论"现象,其悖论的实质:我国体制转轨时期特有的政府权力与投资主体权利的博弈,是政治与经济的冲突与协调,也是政府对市场的侵犯与保护[1]。本研究通过新制度经济学制度变迁、产权所有、路径依赖层面对正处于制度变迁背景下我国竞技体育职业化的"诺斯悖论"进行分析,探求走出"诺思悖论"方法,提出政府影响与职业化发展效率之间平衡的对策,促进我国竞技体育职业化向着更加科学、系统、规范的方向快速发展。

The government plays a critical role in the Chinese professional sport during the social transformation period, however, the involvement of the government results in a situation of ＂north paradox＂, whose characteristic is a game-playing between the special government power and the main investment right in the Chinese system transition period, a conflict and coordination between politics and economy, and an invasion and protection on markets by the government. In order to promote the rapid development of our country＇s professional athlete sport in a more scientific, systematic and standard direction a method out of ＂North Paradox＂ is investigated, and a strategy on balancing the influence of government and the efficiency of professional development is proposed based on the analysis of the Chinese professional sport ＂North Paradox＂ in terms of the change of the new economic system, the ownership and the path dependence.
