摘要
在促进物流业健康发展的“国八条”政策措施中，第八条专门提出“促进农产品物流业发展”。“三农”问题历来是中央高层最为关心的头等大事。进入2011年，在“菜贱伤农”和“菜贵伤民”的复杂作用下，厘清农产品物流中多年积弊，找到政策突破口成为解决当下困局的关键所在。
The alliance of agriculture and supermarkets grows out of the idea that supermarket can influence and dominate upstream supply chain, that is, the development of supermarket will lead to the transformation of agricultural operation pattern. In practice, supermarket builds stable cooperation with medium organizations and cooperative farms according to contracts, which can be summarized as supermarket+ medium merchants+ farm households. However, affected by all kinds of factors, during the process of connecting agriculture with supermarkets, numbers of problems emerged. This article aims to analyze the present situation and problems of the alliance of agriculture and supermarkets and put forward related solutions.
