摘要
目的采用体外复制铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜模型,研究双黄连注射液与莫西沙星联合应用对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的影响及协同杀菌效果。方法采用二倍稀释法,测定药物的最低抑菌浓度;并用菌落计数法计数单独或联合加入不同浓度双黄连注射液与莫西沙星的生物膜内细菌数量。结果 1/16最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的双黄连注射液单独或与1/4MIC莫西沙星联合作用后可减少细菌对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的抑菌活性。结论双黄连注射液与莫西沙星对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜具有明显的协同作用。
Objective To investigate the combined inhibition effects to Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms by shuanghuanglian solution and gatifloxacin on in vitro.Methods MIC was measures with twofold broth dilution performed as criteria of NCCLS in 2002,by using Shuanghuanglian alone or combined with Gatifloxacin with the model of P.aeruginosa biofilm duplicating in vitro.Results Shuanghuanglian solution alone in 1/6MIC and 1/4 MIC enhanced the bactericidal action.Moreover,Shuanghuanglian solution in 1/4 MIC combined with Gatifloxacin in 1/2MIC could inhibit the activity of p.Aeruginosa biofilm notably.Conclusion There was an inhibition effect to Synergistic pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm by Shuanghuanglian solution and Gatifloxacin in vitro.
