血管束预构猪的真皮下血管网皮片中的生化改变

摘要 目的:探索在血管束植入真皮下血管网(SVN)皮片后,皮片的生化改变.方法:在前文我们建立的血管束植入SVN皮片动物模型的基础上,研究术后1d~5d实验组和对照组相应部位氧自由基的变化.结果:测定实验组SVN皮片的MDA含量的平均为(55.5±0.7)mol/g,对照组的MDA平均为(74.0±0.9)mol/g,P<0.05.实验组SOD值平均为(5.0±0.2)μU/cell,对照组SOD值平均为(2.4±0.3)μU/cell,P<0.05.实验组与对照组的MDA和SOD均呈正相关关系,相关系数分别为γE=0.805,γC=0.988.结论:对照组皮片的缺氧损伤比实验组重.知名血管束的植入加速了实验组SVN皮片的血运重建过程。 AIM: To study the biochemical changes of SVN skin graft after an axial vessel pedicle is beneathed. METHODS: An animal model have been developed by implanting an axial vessel pedicle under skin graft with subcutaneous vascular network(SVN). The change of free radicle during 1~5 days postoperation of this model was investigated. RESULTS: The average measuring data of SVN skin graft is (55.5±0.7) mol/g for experimental MDA and ( 74.0 ±0 9) mol/g for control MDA, P <0.05;(5.0±0.2) μU/cell for experimental SOD, and (2.4±0.3)μU/cell for control SOD ( P <0.05). And also it is 4 days after operation that experimental MDA is less than control MDA. There are good positive linely correlation between MDA and SOD, both in control and experimental group. And the correlation coefficient is γ E(0.805) and γ C(0.988) respectively. CONCLUSION: By implanting an axial blood vessel can promote the revascularition of SVN skin grafts.
