摘要
The All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） and the ministries of Health and Finance implemented a cancer-screening project in 2009. Under the project, rural Chinese women can receive free screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer （the ＂two cancers＂）. The purpose is to raise awareness about the importance of healthcare and to detect the ＂two cancers＂ early so affected women can receive timely medical treatment.
