Nanjiang County, in Southwest China＇s Sichuan Province, has been devoting, since 2009, a lot of effort to the creation of a harmonious, relaxing social environment to promote the healthy growth of local orphans whose parents died of AIDS （acquired immune deficiency syndrome）, so they can live normal lives.
