摇头丸中氯胺酮和咖啡因的现场快速检测

Field and fast determination of ketamine and caffeine in ecstasy

采用便携式气相色谱仪,建立了摇头丸中氯胺酮和咖啡因的快速现场检测方法,考察了溶剂种类对提取效率的影响。实验结果表明,以乙醇为提取溶剂,氯胺酮和咖啡因的平均回收率分别为92.3%和95.6%,相对标准偏差分别为5.2%,4.6%(n=5),检测限为0.005 mg/mL,提取液直接经气相色谱检测,检测时间小于3 mini,该方法快速、准确,适合摇头丸中氯胺酮和咖啡因的快速现场检测。

A Field and fast method has been developed for the determination of ketamine and caffeine in ecstasy by portable GC.The extraction solvent was investigated.Using ethanol as extraction solvent,the average recoveries of ketamine and caffeine were 92.3%and 95.6%,the relative standard deviations were 5.2%and 4.6%（n=5）,and the limits of detection were 0.005 μg/mL,respectively.The extracting liquid was analyzed by GC directly,and Retention time is less than three minutes.The results indicate that the developed method is rapid and accurate,and can be used for field and fast determination of ketamine and caffeine in ecstasy.
