摘要
制备了高稳定性的复合高铁酸钾氧化剂,并进行了表征。研究了高铁酸钾溶液的pH值和浓度对高铁酸钾稳定性的影响,并确定了高铁酸钾稳定存在的溶液环境。以复合高铁酸钾为氧化剂,采用相转移催化氧化甲苯法合成苯甲酸。考察了相转移催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应时间以及反应温度等因素对苯甲酸收率的影响。结果表明,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,在70℃下反应5 h,苯甲酸收率达到63.65%。
Higher steady compound Potassium ferrate was prepared and characterized by FTIR.Effect of pH of reaction system and the potassium ferrate content on stability of potassium ferrate was investigated,the stable solution condition of compound Potassium ferrate was ascertained.The synthesis of benzoic acid by oxidation method based on phase transfer catalysis with potassium ferrate was studied.Effect of the type of phase transfer catalyst,dosage of catalyst,temperature and time of the reaction on the yield of benzoic acid were investigated.The results showed that a yield of 63.65%for benzoic acid could be obtained when the conditions were as follows:cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst,the reaction temperature of 70oC and the reaction time of 5 hours.
