The structure of the network information of the next generation.With the soft exchange as the core technology of the next generation network（NGN） is a business,control,access and carrying separate network,is an open,extensible network.Combined with the characteristics of the school teaching effect,this paper introduces the basic concepts of the next generation network and technical features,and probes into the soft exchange technology as the foundation to the next generation of exchange network,and analysis of the soft exchange of agreement and standards and the principle of SIP protocol;
