摘要
绩效薪酬常用来将业绩和薪酬联系起来,目的在于激励员工更好地工作。本文在对人力资源管理系统的职能分析基础上,分析人力资源管理系统中绩效与薪酬两个重要要素的作用以及它们之间的关系,并运用模糊评价计算绩效薪酬的分配,最后得出启示。
Performance pay will be used to link performance and pay,the purpose is to motivate employees to work better.In this paper,the functions of human resource management system based on the analysis,the analysis of human resource management system performance and pay are two important elements of the role and relationships between them,and calculated using fuzzy evaluation of the distribution of performance pay,and finally arrive at enlightenment.
