军队医院医务人员生活事件调查与研究

Survey and Study on Life Events of Medical Staff in Military Hospitals

目的调查并分析军队医院医务人员的主要生活事件,探讨其影响及意义。方法采用改良的生活事件量表(LES)对驻湘地区的3家军队中心医院的300名医务人员(现役军人)进行调查分析。结果驻湘地区军队医院医务人员中79.07%感受到生活事件的影响,按反应频率和评分总分排序排位均在前十名的是:工作学习占用过多休息时间,工作时间不规律,工作学习中压力大,专业职称晋升困难,大宗贷款或借款,住房紧张,恋爱或订婚和结婚。不同学历层次、毕业院校、值晚夜班情况的医务人员分别在正性生活事件、社交相关生活事件上、工作相关生活事件与负性生活事件上的差异有统计学意义。结论驻湘地区军队医院医务人员普遍感受到生活事件的影响,来源以工作学习事件为主,不同学历层次、毕业院校、值晚夜班情况的医务人员生活事件刺激情况有所不同。

Objective To investigate and analyze the major life events of medical staff in military hospitals,and to discuss their influence and significance.Methods Three hundred military medical professionals of 3 military central hospitals in Hunan area were surveyed by a modified Life Events Scale（LES）.Results The percentage of medical professionals who had experiences of influence from life events in military hospitals in Hunan area was 79.07%.The top 10 reasons,according to the ordering of grades in reaction frequency and collective grades,were overoccupied spare time caused by work or study,irregular work schedule,overstress caused by work and study,difficulties in professional title promotion,large-scale loan or borrowing money,shortage of housing,dating relationship or engagement and marriage.There were statistically significant differences in positive life events,social-relationship related life events and job related life events,as well as negative life events among medical professionals with different educational backgrounds,school from which he/she graduated and burden of night shift.Conclusions The medical staff in military hospitals of Hunan area had experiences of influence from life events which mainly originated from work and study.The influence status of life events is different among the medical staff with different educational backgrounds,school from which he/she graduated and burden of night shift.
