摘要
目的了解岳阳市淋病流行趋势,并追踪岳阳市淋病的传染源和优势菌株,为有效控制淋病提供科学依据。方法对全市2007-2010年疫情资料进行统计学分析,通过随机扩增多态性DNA技术(RAPD)对收集的83株淋球菌进行分子分型。结果 2007-2010年岳阳市共报告淋病492例,年平均发病率为2.44/10万,男性淋病发病率均高于女性。淋病病例主要集中在20~50岁的青壮年;职业构成以农民为主。83株淋球菌均产生了较多条带,经聚类分析,可分为8型,以A、B型为主;有3株淋球菌与其他菌株同源性低,各自单独组成RAPD型。结论岳阳市淋病的传染源主要有2个,同时,可能存在淋病的外源输入。应进一步加强对淋病的监测,并采取有针对性的措施,以有效控制淋病。
Objective To understand the prevalence trend of gonorrhea from 2007 to 2010 in Yueyang,and investigate the predominant strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae and provide a scientific basis for control of gonorrhea.Methods The data of the gonorrhea epidemic situation from 2007 to 2010 were collected and analyzed.A random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) fingerprint method was used to differentiate the 83 strains.Results 492 gonorrhea cases were reported in Yueyang from 2007 to 2010 and the annual incidence was 2.44 per 100 thousand residents.The incidence of male gonorrhea in male was higher than that in female.Most patients were farmers and among 20~50 years old,which accounted for the majority.With the selected primers,83 specimens had amplicoms.Phylogenetic analysis showed that they could be classified into 8 types,of which there were mainly type A and type B.And there were 3 RAPD types which contained only 1 stain.Conclusion There were two predominant Neisseria gonorrhoeae that transmitted in Yueyang,and there might be some import cases.Surveillance of gonorrhea should be strengthened and measures should be taken to control the disease effectively.
