舒适护理在手术室护理中应用的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Application of Comfortable Nursing Care in Operating Room

目的探讨舒适护理在手术室护理中的治疗效果。方法 2010年3月-2011年3月我院收治择期手术患者180例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用舒适护理的模式。结果观察组术中心理状态处于正常状态的比率明显提高,而处于焦虑、恐惧、悲观状态的比率则明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中、术后感觉舒适的比率明显提高,感觉不舒适的比率则明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室护理工作中应用舒适护理模式,充分体现了"以人为本"的护理理念,能够提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comfortable nursing care in operating room.Methods Totally 180 inpatients scheduled for surgery from March 2010 to March 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（each n=90）.The patients in control group received routine nursing care only,while the patients in observation group received comfortable nursing care based on the routine nursing.Results Compared with control group,the normal rate of intraoperative psychological state in observation group was significantly improved,while the rate of anxiety,fear,and pessimism was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.The intraoperative and postoperative comfortable rate in observation group was significantly improved,while the uncomfortable rate was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions It is fully embodied the ＂people-oriented＂ nursing concept that applying the comfortable nursing mode during the operation,which can significantly improve the quality of nursing and promote the patients＇ recovery.
