摘要
从5月1日起，我国开始执行酒驾重罚新规定：无论．是否造成交通事故的后果，只要存在醉酒驾驶的行为就是犯罪，将受到6个月以下拘役的处罚。酒驾发生重大事故将终身禁驾，在道路上醉酒驾驶将追究刑事责任。醉驾的标准：血液中酒精含量≥80mg／1OOmL；饮酒后驾车的标准：血液中酒精含量≥20mg／100mL、〈80mg／100mL。之所以会有如此大动作的处罚规定，与全世界范围内的反对酒驾的浪潮息息相关，而在汽车产业自身，也一直也没有停下主动自律的脚步，那就是通过车载电子系统来主动监测驾驶者是否有酒后驾车的行为。
Early in the year of 2007, Volvo had put forward a kind of technique named ＂AIcoguard--Guard against alcoholic driving＂ . Although the technique was unable to popularize, but it has made breakthrough in advance, and established a certain foundation for development of the technique later. Maybe one day you are driving in the newly bought auto, after getting drunk, you are sitting inside the car, but no matter how you are unable to start the engine; never thinking of its the matter of car broken down, actually the car is silently guarding you in safety.
